李华青,男,1987年3月生,重庆巴南人,博士,教授,博士生导师。主要从事机器学习与人工智能、智能电网等方面的研究工作。曾先后在德州农工大学卡塔尔分校做访问学者,澳大利亚悉尼大学、新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后。担任非线性电路与智能信息处理重庆市重点实验室主任。担任国际SCI期刊Neural Computing and Applications和IEEE Access的副主编(Associate Editor)。近年来以第一作者身份在在包括IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics等SCI收录的国际著名期刊上发表学术论文30多篇,其中IEEE Transactions系列论文19篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的基金项目10余项。荣获2017年重庆市自然科学一等奖(4/5)、2017年中国指挥与控制学会科学技术奖-创新奖二等奖(1/1)和2017、2018年重庆市科学技术协会自然科学优秀学术论文奖等科研奖励。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文通讯评审专家,30余个国际SCI期刊和20余个国际学术会议的同行审稿人。2018年入选重庆市高层次人才特殊支持计划(特支计划)—青年拔尖人才。2020年晋升IEEE Senior Member。
