王欣,博士,教授、博士生导师,2015年毕业于重庆大学计算机科学与技术专业,获工学博士学位。曾在香港城市大学、柏林洪堡大学、德州农工大学卡塔尔分校做访问学者。担任国际期刊IEEE Systems Man and Cybernetics Magazine、Journal of Automation and Intelligence 副编辑。主要从事智能控制、强化学习及其应用方面研究。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者身份在IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics等SCI收录的国际期刊上发表学术论文60余篇,其中包括IEEE 汇刊论文20篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的基金项目10余项。
